The boiler serpentine tube bendingmachine is used to manufacture serpentine product in boiler, metallurgy and chemical industries. It can bend tubes continuously with the fixed length tube feeding device.

One machine with double-R tart mold parting to complete the double-side, double-R bending. It cancomplete single-side double-R bending also.
The main driver is with cylinder, sprocket chain drive, easy maintenance, lower maintenance costs.
The machine has small R top upsetting and big R push function. The top upsetting cylinder is in the chute rack. Clamping device can be axial adjustment so that to prevent upsetting when small diameter tube top lateral bending.
Crease plate device needs be installed when processing thin-wall serpentuator£¨t/D≤0.06£¬R/D≤1.5£© to prevent internal wrinkling.
Rack and pinion CNC servo feed tube can guarantee precise size.To ensure the tube screen is not deformation after bending.
Bending tube program could store 50 sets
Bending process can be automated controlled by the program. Bending process can be remote controlled wirelessly.
