Application
Small R bent tube squeezing and sizing production line is specialized for the fabrication of serpentine tubes for boiler industry. This machine is suitable for the production of small radius single elbow and the secondary bending of serpentine coils. The machine realizes small radius tube bending through the processes of heating, squeezing, and sizing.
It is used to squeeze and calibrate small heated elbow on the same level. A qualified 180”ćelbow of Ф=76mm thickness=12.7mm R=1.5D can be squeeze to R=0.6D and achieve technical requirement.
