Application
This machine is used to manufacture the boiler membrane panel by weld calibrated fin-bar and polished tubes together. The machine is equipped with 8/12/20 torches and has two or four working positions. It can implement the downhead and overhead welding at the same time.
Performance Characteristic
◆Downhead and overhead welding positions are operated simultaneously on both sides of the panel with mixed gas shielded welding processes. Less spatter, good shape,high efficiency.
◆Meanwhile multi-torch welding, the work-piece heat symmetry, small deformation
◆Positioning using sheaves and flat boots structures can accurately control the pitch pipe and tube screen width.
